RoundLine HT Ultra

RoundLine HT Ultra is a braid of 12 braids made from high tenacity polyester, a synthetic fibre that gives it excellent tensile strength with low elongation.

This special processing makes it easy to splice, offers maximum wear resistance and keeps it very soft and manageable even after intensive and continuous use.

Available in diameters from 12 to 24 mm, this sinking braid has breaking strengths ranging from 2,800 kg for the thinnest diameter to 8,400 kg for the largest diameter.

The polyester fibre allows for a long service life and excellent weather resistance.

It is supplied in flanged reels ranging from 100 to 200 metres in length, depending on diameter.

The RoundLine HT Ultra, thanks to its special structure that makes it very strong but at the same time soft, flexible and easy to splice, is ideal in the nautical sector for mooring and anchoring boats of all sizes and in larger diameters even large yachts.

The elasticity and flexibility of its twist-resistant construction allow it to absorb wave stresses while reducing those transmitted to the boat, and its 12-strand construction allows it to be used on particularly damaged docks and jetties without unpleasant fraying.

The elegant navy blue colour in which it is made makes it very popular for fitting out piers, and in the furniture industry it is in great demand for window dressing, cladding, handrails and ambience creation.

Thanks to its toughness and abrasion resistance, it is also widely used in the industrial and construction sectors for securing and lifting heavy loads and for use with pulleys and hoists.

Compared to the SeaMaster HT twisted rope, it remains very soft and flexible even after intensive and prolonged use, and at the same diameter offers a significantly higher breaking strength than SquareLine HT braid.
