Riloga

Riloga is a braid made of high tenacity polypropylene or high tenacity nylon (polyamide).

Its 12-spindle granite (rough to the touch) processing allows excellent knot holding and the presence of the inner parallel core reduces the risk of the braid being crushed.

Available in diameters from 2.5 to 3.5 mm, this floating (polypropylene) /semi-floating (nylon) braid has breaking strengths ranging from 90 kg. for the thinnest diameter to 220 kg. for the largest diameter.

The polypropylene version offers higher elongation and moderate strength, while the nylon version offers high toughness and lower elongation.

The stabilising anti-UV treatment gives the polypropylene fibre good weather resistance.

It is supplied in flanged reels varying in length from 250 to 500 metres, depending on the type.

Riloga, thanks to the material variants on offer, is suitable for the construction of relining curtains and for insertion into curtain rails.

The high-tenacity nylon variant is suitable in the industrial sector for the fastening of tarpaulins and covers, due to its high abrasion resistance and low elongation, while in the nautical world it is ideal as a flag line.

Both variants are also suitable for upholstery, fashion, clothing and gift items.

The polypropylene version is cheaper and offers excellent value for money.
