PolyTech

PolyTech is a high quality double braid made from high tenacity pre-stretched polyester for both the outer braid and the inner braided core, a construction that gives it excellent tensile strength with low elongation.

The 16/24 spindle granite processing (rough to the touch) makes it splicable with medium difficulty, guarantees high abrasion resistance and keeps it soft and manageable even after intensive and prolonged use.

Available in diameters from 5 to 20 mm, this double sinking braid has breaking strengths ranging from 500 kg for the thinnest diameter to 6,000 kg for the largest diameter.

The high tenacity polyester outer sock allows for a long service life and excellent weather resistance.

It is supplied in flanged reels of 100 to 200 metres in length, depending on diameter.

PolyTech has a high toughness and processing that ensures compactness, easy handling and at the same time offers low elongation and high abrasion resistance, making it suitable for multiple uses.

The wide choice of diameters and the 2 colours in which it is made (plain white and black) make it ideal in the nautical sector for mooring medium and large boats, for towing and on-board equipment.

The elasticity and flexibility of its structure allow it to absorb wave motion stresses while reducing those transmitted to the boat.

In the industrial and construction sectors, its high quality and reliability are particularly appreciated for securing and lifting heavy loads, for use with pulleys and hoists, and in tensile structures.

In the theatrical field it is suitable for the creation of sets and lifting of wings, skies and backdrops thanks to its adherence and silence in the sliding phase on pulleys.
