PolyRope HD

The PolyRope HD is a twisted rope made of polysteel, a mix of polypropylene and polyethylene that provides excellent breaking strength and abrasion resistance.

Its 4-link structure makes it easy to splice and offers a perfect balance between strength and flexibility, keeping it manageable even after intensive and prolonged use.

Available in diameters from 6 to 40 mm, this floating rope has breaking strengths ranging from 785 kg for the thinnest diameter to 27,200 kg for the largest diameter.

The stabilising anti-UV treatment gives the fibre high resistance to weathering.

It is supplied in rolls of 200 metres in length.

PolyRope HD, thanks to the special fibre mix from which it is made, is extremely strong and at the same time lightweight, with great resistance to abrasion and weathering.

Available in the colour aqua green, its technical characteristics ensure a toughness approximately 30% higher than that of the polypropylene PolyRope and make it ideal in the nautical sector as a cable for mooring, towing and towing large boats and ships.

In the industrial sector, it is in demand for handling heavy loads due to its very low elongation, which provides excellent dimensional stability.

For heavy-duty technical applications where maximum toughness, light weight and wear resistance are key requirements, PolyRope HD represents the best compromise between quality and price.
