PolyHigh

PolyHigh is a braid made of prestretched high tenacity polyester for the outer braid and medium tenacity polyester for the inner core, a construction that gives it excellent tensile and abrasion resistance with low elongation.

Its 16/24 spindle construction allows for excellent knot holding and keeps it soft and manageable even after use.

Available in diameters from 4 to 24 mm, this sinking braid has breaking strengths ranging from 300 kg for the thinnest diameter to 6,300 kg for the largest diameter.

The high tenacity polyester outer sock guarantees a long service life and high resistance to weathering.

It is supplied in flanged reels ranging from 100 to 200 metres in length, depending on diameter.

PolyHigh is a very versatile braid suitable for many sectors.

Available in plain white and white with contrasting coloured stripes, in the nautical sector it is perfect for tying, towing, mooring and anchoring small boats thanks to its excellent water and weather resistance.

In thinner diameters it is used as rope for wings.

In the construction industry, it is ideal for marking areas, signalling on construction sites and use with pulleys and hoists.

In industrial and construction applications, it is excellent as packaging rope and for securing and lifting non-heavy loads.

Due to its high abrasion resistance and low elongation, it is also widely used in the advertising sector for the attachment of banners, banners and tarpaulins.

Compared to the more economical Standard braid, PolyHigh has an approximately 30% higher breaking strength, making it suitable for technical applications where good performance is required.
