IgniRope

IgniRope is a twisted rope made of high tenacity polyester staple, a synthetic fibre that gives it softness to the touch, excellent tensile strength and resistance to UV exposure.

Its 3-link structure makes it easy to splice and offers a perfect balance between strength and flexibility, keeping it manageable even after use.

It has a special treatment that enables it to significantly reduce its ability to ignite and spread fire in the event of direct contact with it.

Available in diameters from 6 to 30 mm, this sinking rope has breaking strengths ranging from 180 kg for the thinnest diameter to 13,500 kg for the largest diameter.

It is supplied in flanged reels varying in length between 100 and 400 metres, depending on diameter.

The Ignirope, thanks to its woolly appearance and innovative flame retardant treatment, has been specially designed for theatrical uses such as set construction and the lifting of backdrops, skies and backdrops.

Compared to flax HempStyle) and hemp ropes, which have always been used for scenic purposes, the IgniRope allows much more effective handling of all control and movement manoeuvres due to its strength, flexibility, grip and quietness when sliding on the pulleys.

Its availability in three colours (white, beige and black) also makes it particularly popular for furnishing, decoration, room design, cladding, window dressing, area delimitation and all applications where aesthetics and functionality must be combined.

It is also used in the nautical industry for on-board equipment, dock fittings, cladding and finishes due to its resistance to weathering.
