Double braid with high tenacity polyester outer braid and Dyneema® SK75 (HMPE) inner braided core with polyurethane resin protective impregnation, 16/24 spindle pre-stretched processing with counter-balanced, twist-resistant twist.

Soft and manageable, splicable with medium difficulty.

It offers high breaking strength with very low elongation.

High tenacity polyester and Dyneema® SK75 for extreme performance

DynExcel SK75 Mélange is a high quality double braid with an outer braid made of high tenacity pre-stretched polyester and an inner braided core made of Dyneema® SK75 (HMPE), impregnated with polyurethane protective resin and covered with a non-slip polyester staple intermediate braid.

This construction gives it maximum tensile and abrasion resistance with extremely low elongation.

The 16/24 spindle machining with counterbalanced anti-twist makes it splicable with medium difficulty and keeps it soft and manageable even after intensive and prolonged use.

Available in diameters from 1.5 to 16 mm, this semi-submersible double braid has breaking strengths ranging from 230 kg for the thinnest diameter to 12,700 kg for the largest diameter.

The high tenacity polyester outer sock allows for a long service life and excellent weather resistance.

It is supplied in 100-metre flanged reels.
