INFORMATION notice art. 13 EU Reg. 679/16 "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR)

We would like to inform you that the provision of your e-mail address, provided when registering for the newsletter, is optional, but any refusal will make it impossible for you to use the Service. The personal data provided by you are collected and managed with the aid of electronic or automated means for the following purposes:

  • Only in case of consent, in order to improve the Service and to send you only content and material in line with your interests, receive information about the opening of news received, preferred content, etc.

The legal basis for the processing in question is Article 6(1)(A) of the GDPR (consent). The data will be retained for the duration of registration to the Service; cancellation will take place following the completion of the procedure contained in any communication received or in the event of a specific request sent to the Data Controller.

Without your consent, your data will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of technical partners who enable the newsletter service to be provided (IT companies/platforms). In any event, the data will not be disseminated or transferred outside the EU in the absence of the conditions laid down in Chapter V of Reg. 679/2016.

A Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed at the Controller to whom you may contact to assert your rights as provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16.
