PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING NOTICE - ART. 13 REG. 679/16

Personal data collected on this site and any other information associated with you, directly or indirectly, are processed and used in accordance with the principles set out in Regulation 679/16.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the DATA CONTROLLER hereby informs you that any data that may be acquired through the website will be processed by means of mainly computerised instruments and procedures, for the following purposes:

  • answer your questions;
  • keep a database of frequently asked questions, proposals, communications;
  • subscribe you to our newsletter;
  • technical management of navigation (see also the section on "handling cookies").

The provision of Registration Data is mandatory and the failure to provide, even partially, the data expressly indicated as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes will make it impossible for Antica Corderia Corai di Bernardon Denis & C. S.N.C. to answer your questions. The legal basis for carrying out the processing is provided by art. 6 paragraph 1 letter B of Reg. 679/16, i.e. the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same.

The data you provide will only become known to employees of Antica Corderia Corai di Bernardon Denis & C. S.N.C. who have been specifically authorised to process this data in their capacity as data processors, and only for the purpose of carrying out the activities you have requested. The data you provide will be stored for as long as required by laws and regulations.

S.N.C. - in the person of its legal representative, whom you may contact to assert the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16. The exercise of the aforementioned rights is subject to the limits, rules and procedures provided for in the aforementioned Regulation, which you must be aware of and put in place. In accordance with the provisions of Article 12(3), moreover, the Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information on the action taken without undue delay and, in any event, no later than one month from receipt of the request. This deadline may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. The data controller shall inform the data subject of such extension, and of the reasons for the delay, within one month of receipt of the request.
